Delivery - Timescales, Charges & Returns
Delivery Times
Our products are heavy and require careful packing and we are unable to offer a guaranteed next day delivery but we will dispatch as soon as possible.
Small panels (ie all panel products apart from Full Size Georgian sheets) are normally delivered in 3 - 5 working days as a parcel service, usually with DHL. Whenever possible we will use our own delivery partner if they covering your area as this saves on packaging so allows us to provide a more personal service for the same price as a parcel company. The same applies to our mouldings and other products.

Returns
At all times we try to please our customers. If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 28 days and return the goods to Scumble Goosie LLP, Unit 12 Merretts Mill, Bath Road, South Woodchester, Gloucestershire, GL5 5EX. Items will be refunded providing that:
- They are in the same condition as when you first bought them; and,
- You have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit.
Unfortunately, postage and packaging costs are non refundable, and we cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach us.
